General

Generally our small parcels are sent via Australia Post and then couriers for medium and large sized products.

All orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days, depending on your location it should arrive between 7-10 business days. Please be aware this is an approximate guideline.

For larger heavier items please email us directly to get a quote on the shipping price at admin@haven57.com.au Please be mindful that our warehouse team are only available to process orders Monday to Friday.

Oversized Items

These are large, bulky or heavy items including furniture, bedheads, mirrors and pendants.

These items are available for local pick up, local deliveries or alternatively we can organise you a quote with a third party freight company. Packaging and Handling Fees will apply.

Local Deliveries

We offer Local Delivery for a fee for orders over $50 where the local deliveries are located between Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Delivery fees will be advised on receipt of order. Please note this is a door-to-door service.

Extra Delivery Fees

Delivery prices are for standard items requiring one man. Extra delivery fees apply for items requiring two men.

Tracking your Order

All orders will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have not received this information and then contact us if you cannot locate this email with your full name and order number.

Some of our freight companies do not provide us with a tracking system so we will provide you with contact information if that is the case

Returns

In the event of change of mind we can offer a store credit. Please note we do not refund for change of mind.

Custom made goods or special orders may not be returned and refunded, unless at Haven 57 PTY LTD Director’s discretion.

In any event, returns will not be accepted back if the goods AND the crate is not in its original condition including original packaging

Goods on sale, whether on clearance ex showroom or stock cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

** please note there is a 20% restocking fee for all returns**

Refunds + replace (if applicable)

We only refund / replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@haven57.com.au we will ask for photos and then direct you to the next steps.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
